    Wanting to utilise our outdoor space and idyllic views? Perfect for larger scale events, BoxGrove has multiple areas for music events, bbqs, open days, or whatever your mind creates.

    Our very own Kayla has over 10 years styling experience and is on top of all current and emerging trends. Our resident wedding styling expert transcends her skillset by bringing events at Boxgrove to life.

    We are flexible with our styling packages depending on the amount of input you want to have. Do you have a vision? Create a mood board with Kayla so she can help you bring it to life.

  • Food & drink

    BoxGrove does not currently offer food packages as a part of our services. Our event hire packages include staff to serve your guests food from the caterer of your choice. We have excellent local recommendations.

    We have a range of drinks packages to suit your budget and vibe, all which include staff with current RSA. and BoxGrove glassware use. We can custom tailer a package for you, contact us to discuss your vision.

HOPE 2024

Join us and our wonderful host Edwina Bartholomew, on August 17th for a night to celebrate those we have lost and those we still have; and acknowledge the incredible people that help guide our community through their treatment and care.

Each year our wonderful community comes together with local businesses to raise much needed funds for our local cancer care prividers - Daffodil Cottage. This year we've decided to share proceeds with another cancer care institution, The Wig Library. Mandy and Heather have dedicated their lives to helping women going through hair loss from receiving cancer treatment at Daffodil Cottage.

As always, the wonderful Margot Burke and her team are donating their time to provide us all with delicious canapes for the night. Generous sponsors take care of venue, entertainment and any other event related costs which means that every cent of your event ticket goes straight to our charities.

You're already donating by attending the event but we will also have raffles and auctions on the night. Get in touch with BoxGrove or Professionals Bathurst if you or your business would like information on sponsorship packages.

INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY SUNRISE YOGA

Join us for a special morning celebration of International Women's Day with a rejuvenating Sunrise Yoga session at BoxGrove from 6:30am.

Start your day with a peaceful flow as we honour and empower women everywhere. Connect with nature, find your inner strength, and embrace the beauty of a new day.

All levels are welcome to participate in this uplifting event. A light breakfast is provided with coffee by Black Crow.

BOXGROVE LONG LAUNCH

To celebrate new accommodation to the public, we have enlisted some of Bathurst and surrounding regions best chefs, producers and artists for an afternoon in the sun where we can mingle, sip, eat and wander through the beauty of BoxGrove.

To start, a tour of the new off-grid eco studios, with their blend of opulence and sustainability. Crafted with a blend of natural materials that mirror the verdant surroundings, the studios emanate an earthy elegance. Cozy interiors are adorned with contemporary furnishings representing the tones and materials found on the farm, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the pastoral landscape outside.

Drinks, snacks and music to match.And then, learn about BoxGrove's pastoral history, and future; including our new vineyard and our upcoming presence in the wine industry. More locally crafted bites and bevvies; wines, cocktails and brewed beauties for voluminous consumption.

Finally, sit down for a delicious farm to table lunch with food icon Matt Moran; highlighting his famous lamb and modern Australian style we're all so familiar with.
