BoxGrove offers a variety of different accommodation to suit your needs, each with its own personality and appeal. From rural luxury with a super king bed, to a more down to earth experience in one of the glamping tents, take your pick how you want to enjoy the beautiful Wiradjuri Land views.

Our recently launched luxury accommodation offers three different tiers of suites to suit your needs. There are 6 available suites and 1 three bedroom villa which have been designed with the landscape in mind, with interiors mirroring the surroundings and allowing for copious natural sunlight.

The suites have everything required for the stay including kitchenette, bathroom and living area space to relax when not enjoying the festivities- plus two of the suites allow for pets to stay and are fully accessible.

The villa is the perfect space for the bridal party (or groomsmen!) to enjoy each others company overlooking our vineyards and pastoral landscape. With full kitchen, living area, ensuite and main bathroom on offer, the villa feels extremely luxurious.

FARM STAY CABINS

Step into rich Bathurst history with our historic farm stay cabins. These cabins were built by Thellie and Barry (current owners Kayla & Melissa’s grandparents) in the 1970s and provide a unique experience for all guests.

The farm stay cabins are included in our wedding package and are the perfect option to ensure all of your family members can stay together to celebrate your special weekend.

The Cottage

With its warm wooden tones and inviting ambiance, it provides a comfortable and convenient accommodation option, ensuring that you and your guests have a memorable and stress-free experience at BoxGrove.

The Yurt

Experience a unique and memorable stay in our round "Yurt," a cozy three-bedroomer that combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Perfect for smaller groups or a family, The Yurt offers a tranquil escape with its comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six people, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. Surrounded by the natural beauty of our property and views to our western farmland, The Yurt provides a peaceful and intimate setting for you to unwind and connect with your loved ones during your stay.

The Train

Step aboard "The Train," a unique accommodation experience that repurposes a Sydney Metro train from the 1980s into comfortable rooms. With three bedrooms that can sleep up to ten guests, The Train offers a nostalgic journey with a modern twist. Each compartment has been converted into bedrooms, with additional add-ons featuring a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living space with fireplace and enclosed outdoor area. Perfect for larger groups or families, The Train provides a memorable stay with a touch of history and plenty of character.

The Bunkhouse

Discover rustic charm with a modern twist in "The Bunkhouse," a converted shearing shed that offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. With the ability to sleep up to 16 people, The Bunkhouse is perfect for larger groups or families seeking a unique stay. It features three bathrooms and two kitchens, providing ample space and convenience for all guests. Embrace the authentic farm experience in comfort, in this cozy retreat.

GLAMPING TENTS

Listen to the birds in the morning and look at the brilliance of Bathurst’s stars at night. We have two luxury glamping tents available for you if you prefer to be closer to nature, or even just have a couple of extra people you want to stay onsite over your wedding weekend.

Both glamping tents are fitted with a power point, camping lights, side table fans, king bed with electric blankets for winter months and linen. The tents are within walking distance of amenities.

Please note the glamping tents are not included in our wedding package and are an additional $450/ two night stay.
